I had been saying for YEARS that I wanted a career that made a difference, and this was it for me. 

 

Ever since school, ART was always my calling and MAKEUP has been a long time passion of mine. One day, I woke up to an epiphany... "Why not marry up the two?"  So I decided to self teach myself over the years; experimenting different products, keeping on top of trends and creating original looks, until people started noticing and requesting my services.

I still remember my first paying client; my good friend for her Graduation.  I was SO unbelievably nervous and worried she would hate it but then there was her reaction to seeing herself in the mirror - BIG SMILES all round..  There really is nothing more rewarding than seeing the expressions of friends and family after I had completed their makeup, and it was this very feeling that propelled me into the profession.

I then decided it was time to join forces with Glam Candy and enroll in their training programs specializing in Bridal, Evening and Vintage makeup and have since completed various other courses in addition to this.

 

I take great pride and a huge sense of achievement in my work. No two days are the same, every face a unique canvas and I absolutely love every second of it!
